# Review approval requests in Brixit CRM

Open **Approvals** from the left navigation. Requests appear when an action is governed
by a configured [approval workflow](https://www.brixit.io/docs/crm-approval-settings).

| View | Use it for |
| --- | --- |
| Needs my approval | Requests currently waiting for your decision |
| My submissions | Requests you submitted |
| History | Completed approval history available to you |
| All requests | Administrator oversight, when available |

## Review and decide

1. Open the request and read the action, submitter and affected record information.
2. Review the approval steps and current status.
3. If it is your step and the request is correct, select **Approve step** and complete
   the confirmation.
4. If it should not proceed, select **Reject**, enter a clear reason and confirm.
5. Check the resulting request status and history.

Approvals happen in order. Approving your step notifies the next approver; it does not
necessarily finish the entire request. Rejection stops the request and requires a reason.

## Follow your submission

Open **My submissions** to see the current step and approver. If rejected, read the reason,
correct the underlying issue and use the available resubmission action when appropriate.
Do not create duplicate requests merely because the next person has not approved yet.

## Resolve a request that needs attention

An unavailable approver can pause a request. Administrators can inspect the request and
use its reassignment control when offered. Review the saved chain and choose the intended
replacement; approval steps are not silently skipped.

A request can show **Approved · execution failed**. That means the approval decision
succeeded but the underlying action did not complete. Review the error and affected
record before retrying through the available recovery process. **Executed** confirms
that the approved action ran.

If no request appears, check whether approval is required for that specific action,
your current view and access. Use **Refresh** after another approver acts.
