# Communicate and manage personal tools in Brixit CRM

Use the workspace that matches the audience. **Inbox** handles connected email,
**WhatsApp** handles client conversations and campaigns, and **Messages** is for your
internal team.

## Reply through Inbox

1. Connect your personal mailbox from the avatar's **Profile Settings** using the
   [email connection guide](https://www.brixit.io/docs/email).
2. Open **Inbox**, choose the relevant mailbox view and select the conversation.
3. Read the thread and check the recipient before choosing **Reply**.
4. Write the response, review its content and send it when ready.
5. Check the resulting message status and thread. If the connection needs attention,
reconnect through your profile and verify the account before retrying.

Contacts can also expose **Send Email** in their Overview timeline when a mailbox is
available. A scheduled email follow-up is a task; use the actual email composer to send
a message. Review **Share this connected mailbox** in your personal settings to control
whether teammates can see its conversations in lead tasks.

## Use WhatsApp client conversations

1. Open **WhatsApp → Client conversations**, or the WhatsApp composer on a contact's timeline.
2. Select the intended person and read the latest conversation.
3. Use the reply or approved-template option allowed by the current conversation state.
4. Review the message and recipient, then send and follow its delivery status.

The [WhatsApp conversations guide](https://www.brixit.io/docs/crm-whatsapp) covers reply eligibility and consent.
Use the [template steps](https://www.brixit.io/docs/crm-whatsapp#create-a-reusable-template) to prepare reusable
messages and the [campaign guide](https://www.brixit.io/docs/crm-whatsapp-campaigns) for audience selection,
draft review, scheduling and delivery reporting. A saved draft is separate from approving delivery.

## Run email campaigns

Use [Email campaigns](https://www.brixit.io/docs/crm-email-campaigns) for audience selection, templates, merge fields,
preview, scheduling, delivery reports and retries. Bulk Email is available from selected
Contacts or Database records and uses the workspace bulk-email connection.

## Message a teammate

Open **Messages** from the top bar. Use **Chats**, **Unread** or search to find a conversation.
To start one, select the **+** button, search for the colleague and choose them. Review
the conversation's recipient before writing and sending your message. Use Refresh if the
conversation list needs updating.

Keep durable client context in a record's [notes](https://www.brixit.io/docs/crm-followups), where colleagues
with record access can find it later.

## Keep private Sticky notes

1. Select **Sticky notes** in the top bar.
2. Select the add-note control, enter the text and choose a colour.
3. Select **Save** and check the note appears in the drawer.
4. Use its edit or delete action to maintain it.

Sticky notes are private to you. They do not create a timed reminder or a shared activity
on a contact. Use [follow-ups](https://www.brixit.io/docs/crm-followups) for scheduled work.

## Use notifications and Market News

Open the notification control in the top bar to review new activity and follow relevant
record links. Check the record itself before acting on an old notification. **Market News**
opens the market-news tool; open the source item for its full context and publication date.

## Update your profile

Select your avatar/name, then **Profile Settings**. Review your name, contact information,
photo, About Me and social profiles, and save the intended changes. Scroll inside the
profile dialog for the personal mailbox and security sections.

**AI connections** is another tab and an avatar-menu shortcut; follow the
[AI connection guide](https://www.brixit.io/docs/mcp). The avatar menu also includes language selection and
**Sign out**. Company-wide settings belong under [Settings](https://www.brixit.io/docs/crm-settings).
