What’s included?
Every product module is included at every team size. Annual maintenance (AMC) covers software updates, bug fixes and standard product support. Hosting, third-party usage, migration, customization and managed server services are quoted separately.
What are the package prices?
All packages include every product module and the first year of AMC. Prices below are in AED, excluding applicable taxes. Annual AMC is mandatory from year two.

Is annual AMC renewal mandatory?
Yes. An active AMC is required to keep the CRM operational. Year one is included; from year two, renew annually at 30% of your paid licence value. AMC maintains your operational licence and includes updates, bug fixes and standard product support.
If AMC expires, normal CRM operations are restricted after the 14-day licence grace period. Updates and managed services may stop at expiry. Your local database and files are not deleted. Read the renewal terms.
How are additional users billed?
AED 1,000 per additional user as a one-time payment, plus AED 300 in annual maintenance from your next renewal. Add people whenever you need and settle at renewal, without interrupting work.
At the end of the year, we count employee accounts that have not been removed or deleted on your renewal date. Temporarily disabled accounts still count. Only users above your purchased capacity create an expansion charge. There is no midyear seat-limit block or immediate payment required.
Your renewal date stays the same. Removing employees does not refund purchased seats or reduce the AMC on capacity you already own.
Should I add users or upgrade?
We compare both options and credit what you have already paid. When a larger package costs the same or less than individual additions, we offer that package’s full capacity. You can also choose to upgrade earlier.
