a. Information You Provide

  • Full name

  • Account credentials (stored in encrypted or hashed form)
  • Content you upload or generate on the Platform, including but not limited to listings, contacts, documents, notes, messages, and deal data (“Customer Content”)

You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right to upload, store, and process Customer Content on the Platform.

b. Information Collected Automatically

  • Device type, browser type, and operating system
  • IP address and approximate location (non-precise)
  • Log data, access times, and usage activity
  • Analytics and performance data (aggregated and anonymized where possible)

2. How We Use Information

We process information for legitimate business purposes, including to:

3. Customer Content & Responsibility

Brixit acts solely as a data processor for Customer Content.

  • We do not review, validate, or verify Customer Content
  • We are not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or ownership of Customer Content
  • Customers are responsible for complying with all applicable data protection, consent, and disclosure laws related to their data

We reserve the right to remove or restrict access to content that violates applicable laws or our Terms of Service.

4. Data Storage & Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, including:

  • Encrypted data transmission (TLS)
  • Secure access controls
  • Database encryption at rest where applicable
  • Regular system updates and monitoring

However, no system is completely secure. You acknowledge that data transmission and storage carry inherent risks, and Brixit cannot guarantee absolute security.
