Brokerages configure SendGrid once per workspace; agents and marketing teams run bulk campaigns to filtered or selected contacts, or to cold-calling database records with native merge fields. Templates, inline scheduling, and sender verification keep compose fast and compliant. Campaign delivery and outcomes surface in batch email reporting so managers see what was sent, scheduled, and delivered — tied to the same records agents work from daily.
