Self-hosted real estate CRM
A real estate CRM on infrastructure you control.
A self-hosted real estate CRM runs on a server or private cloud controlled by your business. With Brixit, the CRM database and uploaded files live on your infrastructure, while connected services process the information needed for the features you enable. Your deployment plan assigns responsibility for hosting, access, backups and recovery.
See Brixit with your teamWhat your company controls
Brixit is installed under your own domain. Your company chooses where its CRM records are hosted and who can administer the infrastructure. Within the application, administrators manage user roles and permissions.
Self-hosting does not mean every feature operates without external services. Portals, advertising, communications, AI and mobile push can depend on connected providers. Review the setup guides and agree which features your deployment will enable.
What it costs to run Brixit
The initial license starts at AED 15,000 for up to 10 users. Each team-size tier includes every module. Annual maintenance starts in year two at 10–20% of the initial license fee and covers software updates, technical support, bug fixes and new features. Your quote confirms the exact rate.
For the up-to-10-user tier, annual maintenance is AED 1,500–3,000 from year two. Hosting and third-party service charges are additional. Migration, implementation scope and any managed-service charges must be confirmed in your quote.
Compare options over the same time period and include the same expenses. The pricing page includes a calculator with user count, subscription assumptions, hosting and maintenance so you can explore the tradeoffs for your team.
Who operates the server?
Brixit helps with installation and onboarding. Before deployment, decide who will operate the Linux server, monitor availability, manage infrastructure access and maintain backups. That may be your internal team or an agreed service provider.
Write down a recovery procedure and test restoring a backup. Assign owners for software maintenance, infrastructure updates and incidents. Control of infrastructure is useful only when the responsibilities are clear.
When self-hosting fits your business
Consider Brixit when your company wants control over CRM hosting and access and can assign an operator to maintain the environment. Compare that control with the time, skills and costs needed to run the system.
If your priority is having a vendor operate every part of the infrastructure, discuss the required service arrangement before choosing self-hosting. Confirm your hosting location, applicable business requirements and provider terms rather than treating a deployment model as an automatic compliance guarantee.

Questions
Questions from real estate teams
Is Brixit open-source or free software?
Brixit is offered through paid team-size licenses. Self-hosted describes where the CRM runs; it does not mean the software is free or that an open-source license is included.
Does our data stay entirely inside our server?
Your CRM database and uploaded files live on your server or private cloud. Connected services process the information needed for enabled features. Review each provider’s data handling and the integrations you choose.
Will the CRM work if an external service is unavailable?
Your installation and stored records remain on your infrastructure. Connected features may be interrupted. Core CRM availability still depends on your server, network and deployment.
