Your Brixit database and uploaded files live on your server or private cloud, under your own domain. Your business chooses the infrastructure operator and controls backups and infrastructure access. Connected providers still process the information needed for enabled features; self-hosting comes with operating responsibilities.
This makes Brixit a strong fit when control over the CRM environment is a purchasing requirement, rather than a detail you want to leave entirely with a hosted service.
In Brixit, an inquiry carries the client’s requirements. Listing & Inquiry Matching ranks relevant properties using factors such as budget, location and bedrooms. The agent can plan a viewing and follow-up, then link the property and client to a transaction with commission allocations. These are documented product workflows, so your demo can show the actual handoffs.
Choose Brixit when you want property matching, agent follow-ups and transaction commissions connected on infrastructure your company controls. Bring a sample inquiry and listing to see how your team’s workflow runs in Brixit.
If you need a vendor to operate all infrastructure, or your central requirement is lease accounting and maintenance dispatch, compare that scope separately. Those needs are different from Brixit’s brokerage workflow.
Bring a sample export and your team’s current workflow. We scope record mapping, duplicates, permissions, integrations and training before rollout. Validate a sample migration before the team switches; source-system export access and historical records must be agreed.
For 10 users, Brixit’s three-year licence and mandatory AMC total is AED 12,000 + AED 3,600 + AED 3,600 = AED 19,200. All Brixit product modules are included.
At PropSpace’s published AED 220/user/month, 10 users over 36 months total AED 79,200. Applying its published 25% discount to the first two years and 10% to a separately prepaid third year gives AED 63,360, assuming unchanged prices and continued discount eligibility.
The difference is AED 44,160 between the discounted subscription illustration and Brixit’s licence plus AMC. It is budget to weigh against Brixit’s hosting, implementation, migration and service costs, not a promise of that amount in total savings. Figures exclude applicable taxes; provider charges and contract scope must be compared separately.
| Cost consideration | Brixit | PropSpace |
|---|---|---|
| Commercial model | Team licence from AED 12,000 / 10 users; mandatory annual AMC from year two. | Broker: AED 220/user/month; AED 500/month minimum. Published prepayment discounts available. |
| Three-year software example | AED 19,200 licence + AMC, 10 users. Infrastructure and services extra. | AED 79,200 undiscounted; AED 63,360 with the stated discount assumptions. Subscription scope differs. |
