Real estate CRM in the UAE

A real estate CRM for your UAE brokerage.

Brixit is a self-hosted real estate CRM for managing inquiries, listings, viewings, transactions and team activity. UAE brokerages can evaluate its documented Bayut, dubizzle, Property Finder and WhatsApp connections against their agency accounts and workflows.

Connect your portals to the daily workflow

Property Finder publication and Bayut publication are separate from receiving leads. Brixit’s Property Finder guide covers outbound listing publication. Bayut lead delivery requires separate registration with the provider; saving a publication connection does not automatically enable inbound inquiries.

Ask your portal account manager about API eligibility and account permissions. During the demo, validate agent mapping, listing quality checks and the handling of failed publication. Portal subscriptions and provider charges remain separate.

An example inquiry-to-viewing workflow

Illustrative workflow, not a customer case study: a brokerage receives an apartment inquiry from a connected Bayut account. The inquiry is assigned to an agent, linked to the property and reviewed with the client’s requirements. The agent schedules a viewing and records the next follow-up.

Use this scenario in your demo with sample records. Verify who can see the client, how reassignment works and what a manager can review. No conversion improvement or time saving is implied by this example.

Keep WhatsApp requirements in your plan

Brixit’s documented WhatsApp setup requires an enabled workspace and a connected WhatsApp Business account. Meta account eligibility, messaging rules and charges apply. Review the supported messaging features and number connection method before rollout.

Budget for deployment and ongoing operation

Brixit starts at AED 12,000 for 10 users, including the first year. Mandatory annual AMC from year two is 30% of the licence value and is required to keep the CRM operational. At unchanged capacity, the entry licence and AMC total AED 19,200 over three years. Hosting, migration, implementation and provider charges must be scoped separately; this is not an all-in deployment quote.

Self-hosting lets your company choose infrastructure, but hosting location alone is not a compliance guarantee. Assign owners for access, backups, recovery and maintenance. Confirm migration and training scope in your quote.

Questions

Questions from real estate teams

Does Brixit include a Property Finder or Bayut subscription?

No. You need your own eligible portal accounts and provider access. Confirm any subscriptions, API access and usage charges with the provider.

Can a Dubai brokerage keep CRM data on its own infrastructure?

Brixit is self-hosted. Your company chooses and operates its server or private cloud under an agreed deployment plan. Connected services process the information needed for the features you enable.
