Property matching is part of the product
Connect an inquiry’s budget, location and bedroom requirements to ranked listings inside the same CRM.
Brixit vs Bitrix24
Brixit is the stronger starting point when the job is running a real estate brokerage: client requirements, property matches, viewings and commissions already belong to the product. Bitrix24 spans CRM, projects and collaboration. Choose Brixit when that brokerage focus matters more than the breadth of a general business workspace.

In Brixit, an inquiry carries the client’s requirements. Listing & Inquiry Matching ranks relevant properties using factors such as budget, location and bedrooms. The agent can plan a viewing and follow-up, then link the property and client to a transaction with commission allocations. These are documented product workflows, so your demo can show the actual handoffs.
Brixit gives your team a concrete brokerage workflow to adopt and configure. You can inspect the property matching, listing quality and commission screens before deciding how much additional work your rollout needs.
Brixit documents Bayut, dubizzle, Property Finder and WhatsApp connections alongside its brokerage workflows. Property Finder listing publication is distinct from inbound lead delivery; Bayut inbound leads require separate provider registration. Your eligible provider accounts, setup and charges remain part of deployment.
The advantage is a documented starting point for your real estate operation. Your rollout can focus on accounts, mappings and team rules around those existing connections.
Brixit is a better fit when your team’s daily work revolves around property inventory and brokerage transactions. Its included matching and commission workflows are the reason to choose it, rather than self-hosting alone.
Bitrix24 also offers self-hosting and industry solutions. If your priority is a broad collaboration and project platform across several business functions, include that breadth in your decision.
Bring a sample export and your team’s current workflow. We scope record mapping, duplicates, permissions, integrations and training before rollout. Validate a sample migration before the team switches; source-system export access and historical records must be agreed.
Brixit includes all product modules in its team-size licence. You do not move to a higher feature tier to access another Brixit module. User capacity, implementation work and external services are separate parts of your quote.
