How the records fit together

A contact is a person. An inquiry records a specific property requirement. A listing is a property your brokerage markets. A share presents selected properties through a client-facing link. A transaction records a sale or rental and its financial details.

For example, capture a person through a form, assign the contact, create an inquiry, schedule a call, review matching listings and share a shortlist. When the deal needs a financial record, create it in Finance → Transactions. Sales and Finance have distinct menus and guides.

Before you begin

Sign in to your company’s Brixit address. Expand the left navigation group to see its modules. The Dashboard provides the landing overview; open the relevant module or report to investigate a record or total.

Your role controls menus, actions and record visibility. Connected services can also control availability, such as Off-Plan or Inbox. If an item is missing, check permissions, connection state, filters and assignment before concluding that the record does not exist.

Using the screenshots

Screenshots were captured from Brixit’s desktop interface on 21 October 2026. They show unsaved forms, configuration screens, selected property views and empty workspaces. Forms may display required-field messages before saving. Screenshot prices, dates and configuration values are examples of the captured state, not recommended business values.

Select an image to open it at full size. Scroll inside a form or dialog for controls below the visible area. Your workspace may have different stages, sources, custom fields, approval rules and permissions. Follow the required-field messages in your CRM.
