Property Finder

Property Finder is connected from the portals section rather than from integration keys, because it publishes listings outward rather than pulling leads in.

What you need

An API key and API secret from Property Finder. These are issued by your account manager, not generated in a self-service dashboard — ask for API access for a CRM integration and they will provision credentials against your broker account.

Connect

  1. Go to Integrations → Portals in Brixit.
  2. Find Property Finder and press Configure.
  3. Enter the API Key and API Secret.
  4. Save, then switch the portal on.

The switch will not turn on before credentials are saved. A portal that publishes to an external account is no use without the account, so Brixit refuses rather than creating a connection that fails on its first listing.

Publishing

Once active, each listing gains a Property Finder option in its portals tab. Publishing sends the listing across; updates follow automatically when you edit it.

Property Finder validates strictly. A listing missing a permit number, a location that does not match their community list, or images below their minimum resolution will be rejected with the reason shown against the listing in Brixit.

Agent mapping

Property Finder identifies agents by their own internal IDs. Set each agent’s Property Finder ID on their employee record, under Employees → (person) → Portal identifiers. Listings assigned to an agent without one are published under the default account agent.
