Portal integrations
Open Integrations → Portals in your Brixit workspace. Each portal has its own connection and settings. For Bayut and dubizzle, use the shared Bayut / Profolio connection.
Set up the complete workflow
| Part | What it does | How to verify it |
|---|---|---|
| Connection | Authorises Brixit to use your agency’s portal account | Save the portal-issued credentials and confirm the integration is active. |
| Import | Creates Brixit listings from the connected account | Check the import result and open an imported listing. |
| Publication | Sends a Brixit listing to the selected destinations | Check the listing’s portal status and its state in the provider’s account. |
| Inbound leads | Receives enquiries and creates or matches contacts with inquiries | Send an agreed test lead through the provider and find it in Brixit. |
| Assignment | Chooses who owns inbound inquiries | Check the contact, inquiry and linked listing after the test. |
A successful import verifies the listing connection. Lead delivery requires its own setup and test. A green integration switch does not confirm that the provider has registered a webhook.
Choose your guide
- Bayut and dubizzle: Profolio connection, destination selection, imports, webhook registration, signing secret and a complete acceptance checklist.
- Property Finder: connection and listing publication.
Plan your first test
- Confirm the provider account, agency or branch, and the Brixit workspace. For a sandbox, confirm that the provider has enabled a sandbox account before publishing test content.
- Use a clearly identifiable test listing and a contact you control. Record their references.
- Import a listing, then repeat the import to check that the same portal listing is skipped.
- Publish, update and unpublish the test listing. Verify the result at the provider as well as in Brixit; acceptance of a request may precede public visibility.
- Complete the provider’s inbound lead setup. Choose assignment rules before the first lead.
- Request a test delivery and a replay. Check customer details, linked listing, inquiry owner and duplicate handling. Test an enquiry without a listing to verify fallback assignment.
- Record any provider restrictions or pending setup. Only describe a flow as verified after its result is visible at both ends.
Changes after setup
Update listing credentials using Configure credentials. Manage a webhook’s signing secret inside that portal’s inbound lead webhooks panel. Follow the provider’s rotation process and save the matching new value in Brixit before retesting delivery.
Turning off an integration stops matching inbound webhook deliveries for that integration. To remove a published listing from a portal, use the listing’s publication controls and verify the result with the provider.
